According to industry experts, 50% of us will experience a mental health issue during our lifetime. The construction industry suffers from a suicide rate four times higher than the national average. Yet less than half of all Americans with diagnosed mental health conditions receive treatment. 
 
Hensel Phelps’ Culture of Care is program provides resources and tools to support our people – our greatest asset. The Culture of Care is a hub that supports employees through expertise and benefits. The Culture of Care emphasizes Hensel Phelps’ core values of Diversity and Community by creating a space to explore the benefits and expectations of a psychologically safe workplace.
