Engagement – While external instructors and organizations are included in our training program, a unique and critical component of our program is the development and teaching of content by our people to our people. This fosters small group sessions with open dialogue and ownership of training objectives. Our trainers are our most skilled employees, passing along their knowledge to younger generations.

Enhancement – A core objective of our training program is to enhance the knowledge, skills, awareness, and/or competence of our employees. A full library of training and resource materials are available in our Learning Management System (LMS) for employee development.
