About the Project

Phase 1, at $85 million and 200,000 SF, consisted of the construction of a two-level, kindergarten through 3rd-grade school building with 825 seats. It includes a central utility plant that services the complete K-12 campus. The project includes a two-level post-tension, cast-in-place parking structure for 320 vehicles with playfields on the upper deck.
