About the Project
The King County Regional Justice Center is a 786,000 SF complex consisting of a five-level courthouse, 14 two-level inmate housing units with 896 medium security beds. The facility also includes a two-level administration building, a three-level, 190,000 SF parking structure with 600 spaces located between the commons area and detention units, and landscaping of the 18.7-acre site in downtown Kent, WA.
