The recognized projects included the Grand Wailea Resort Spa Renovation and the Water Reclamation Facility Secondary Clarifier—two standout examples of our team’s commitment to excellence in construction.
Repair Water Reclamation Facility Secondary Clarifier
The Repair Water Reclamation Facility Secondary Clarifier won an Award of Excellence in the “Renovation and Remodeling Projects – Under $10 Million” category. The project upgraded the Marine Corps Base Hawaii’s Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Secondary Clarifier in Kaneohe. The 25,000-square-foot repair project included replacing sludge collection and scum skimmer mechanisms, valves and pipes, along with lead paint remediation, floor grout replacement and tank coating. Temporary modifications to chlorine contact tanks and effluent filter systems ensured operational continuity during the construction period.

Grand Wailea Resort Spa Renovation
The Grand Wailea Resort Spa Renovation received an Honorable Mention in the category for “Renovation and Remodeling Projects – $10 Million and Above.” The 44,000-square-foot project updated the spa layout and design and included procuring high-end equipment and materials from around the world. The Grand Wailea Resort Spa is the largest wellness center in Hawaii.
