Bradley (Brad) A. Jeanneret
President & Chief Executive Officer
Bradley (Brad) Jeanneret joined Hensel Phelps in 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Brad leads the firm’s strategic direction, advancing employee engagement and overseeing all operational and business activities to ensure alignment with Hensel Phelps’ vision, core values and commitment to excellence.
Brad began his career with Hensel Phelps in Southern California as a Field Engineer and progressed through a broad range of operational and executive leadership roles, including Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Area Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President, Executive Vice President and President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2026, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career, Brad has worked across numerous Hensel Phelps regional offices and business units, gaining broad operational insight and a strong, enterprise-wide understanding of the firm’s people, culture and execution.
Brad leads efforts to advance the construction industry by rethinking how complex challenges are addressed. His leadership is centered on strengthening safety performance, elevating quality standards, addressing skilled labor shortages and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence, efficiency and resilience.
In 2023, Brad led the creation of Diverge, Hensel Phelps’ innovation and advancement arm, established to accelerate new ideas, technologies and approaches that strengthen long-term competitiveness and accelerate innovation across the company and the industry.
Brad has been actively involved in industry organizations throughout his career. He previously served as Chair of the Building Division for the Associated General Contractors of California and currently serves on the board of Colorado Thrives.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Brad and the Jeanneret family are committed to giving back to the communities in which they live and work, supporting a variety of charitable and community-focused initiatives.
Outside of work, Brad and his wife Amy enjoy spending time with their two daughters.
