Cole M. Weaver
Regional Vice President
Cole Weaver, CM-Lean, DBIA, joined Hensel Phelps in 2007 and is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. He is the Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region based in Phoenix, Arizona. Cole has served in various roles including Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Area Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations prior to being appointed as the Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region.
Cole is committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals and giving back to the communities where Hensel Phelps builds. He has been actively involved in mentorship and leadership development programs throughout his career, including the ACE Mentorship Program, ABA Leadership Development Forum and has participated in numerous industry and community organizations focused on education and workforce development. He has also led and supported a wide range of community service initiatives benefiting local schools, families in need and nonprofit organizations throughout Arizona.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places and being involved in his children’s activities.
