About the Project
The U.S. Bank Tower at 621 Capitol Mall is a new 25-story high-rise, Class A office building. Located in the heart of the city, just three blocks from the State Capitol and numerous other governmental agencies, the 676,500 SF building includes ground floor restaurant and retail space, an 813 stall parking garage, 17 floors of Class A office space, and a mechanical penthouse on the 16th floor. The building features a grand seven-level open atrium main lobby that provides stunning views of Capitol Mall, as well as an aluminum and glass exterior with distinctive lighting designed to dramatically emphasize the artistic crown of the building. The tower adds to the growing list of Hensel Phelps projects that have helped define the skyline of Sacramento.
