About the Project
The Hensel Phelps Regional Office renovation project transformed a 37,500 SF office building in Broomfield, Colorado, into the Rocky Mountain Region headquarters. Designed and constructed by Hensel Phelps in partnership with Open Studio Architecture, the facility supports salaried and craft professionals across the Rocky Mountain Region and Facility Services Group. The renovation focused on creating a flexible workplace that promotes collaboration, training and employee development. Key features include expanded access to natural daylight, multiple collaboration areas, a combined training and bid room, outdoor patio spaces and a dedicated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) laboratory that supports innovation, emerging technology development and staff training.
