About the Project
The Graduate and Professional Students and Mixed-Use Housing complex consists of 853 single occupancy micro apartments, 254 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and common areas, resulting in a total of 1,355 beds. The project includes a 908-stall parking structure and 11,000 SF of common amenity and administration space. The project complies with the University of California’s Policy on Sustainable Practice and has achieved LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
