About the Project

The NAVFAC P750 Helicopter Maintenance Facility consists of a multi-story, steel-framed, three-bay hangar with a concrete foundation, concrete first and second floors, interior partitions, a steel roof deck, masonry walls, deep foundations and stone columns. Built-in equipment includes an elevator, backup generators, an HVAC system for the NMCI room and a closed-loop wash rack system. Special construction features include sound attenuation for the administration and shop space, an Aqueous Fire Fighting Foam protection system, a telephone system and Intrusion Detection System wiring.
