About the Project
Hensel Phelps Development is the co-developer for ASPIRE Apollo to develop the second phase of this multi-phase development. ASPIRE is a 384-unit multifamily apartment complex.
Hensel Phelps Development is responsible for all development management services necessary to insure successful completion of entitlements, design and construction activities to allow for tenant occupancy. The project is part of a new development of Class A mid-rise apartments with a structured parking garage containing 650 parking stalls. The property also includes a fully equipped wellness club, media room, pet spa, internet café, and swimming pool with lush landscaping throughout the 7.7-acre site.
The ASPIRE Apollo project is part of a three-phase development which has a total of 801 multifamily units and will also include a restaurant row and walkable urban destination retail center (Phase III).
This transient-oriented development is located at the intersection of Capital Gateway Boulevard and Telfair Drive in Prince George’s County. Being situated directly adjacent to the Branch Avenue Metrorail Station at the end of the Green Line, it has direct access to 13 stops within the District of Columbia.
