The Hensel Phelps Board of Directors announces the promotion of Laird Heikens to Manager of Work Procurement in the Southeast District. Laird has been championing the Mission Critical Vertical Market as he takes up residency in Florida and expands into his new role.
Laird, a 1989 graduate of Colorado State University came directly to work for Hensel Phelps. During his 24 year career, Laird has many large projects to his credit including six projects at the University of California, Irvine Campus, San Diego Courthouse, UCI Medical Center, Hilton San Diego Bay Front, and the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort to name just a few.
