About the Project
Hensel Phelps Services currently maintains a second five-year facility management contract that covers the operations and maintenance of three buildings—two academic and one office for the Avenues World School. This beautiful 320,000 SF campus, located on the western side of midtown Manhattan, serves as a private institution with approximately 1,900 students ranging from pre-K to 12th grade. The Hensel Phelps Facility Services team provides full-time 24/7 support and maintains all campus grounds, including custodial, landscaping, pest control and snow removal services. Technical services and developed capital program management are delivered throughout the duration of the contract.
