The event will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The convention brings together engineering students, industry professionals and organizations focused on expanding opportunities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
What is the National Society of Black Engineers?
The National Society of Black Engineers is one of the largest student-governed engineering organizations in the United States. The organization works to increase the recruitment, retention and success of Black and other minority engineers in academia and industry. The annual convention serves as a central gathering for networking, career development, leadership training and community engagement across engineering disciplines.

Connecting With Future Leaders
NSBE provides an important space for students and young professionals to explore careers, expand networks and learn from industry partners. Hensel Phelps is proud to support that mission and connect with the next generation of engineering talent.
