Hensel Phelps Awarded the County of Stanislaus Public Safety Expansion Projects One and Three

Hensel Phelps is proud to announce the beginning of a strong partnership with the County of Stanislaus to build their Public Safety Expansion Projects One and Three in Ceres, California. The design-build projects have a contract value of approximately $82,000,000 and Hensel Phelps will be given the Notice to Proceed on June 30, 2014. Project One will consist of two maximum security housing units, a medical/mental health housing unit, a health services unit, a security administration (control) center, and all necessary circulation and common spaces. Project Three will be an intake, release, and transportation center. Hensel Phelps teamed with architect Dewberry and will continue to build upon the two firm’s history of successful projects together.
