SFO Terminal 3, Boarding Area E

About the Project

The Terminal 3, Boarding Area E project includes the expansion and upgrade of Boarding Area E to meet the changing needs of the Airport and its airline partners. The project involved complete demolition of the existing boarding area from the concourse level up, and a 30,000 SF expansion of the concourse. The revamped boarding area provides an enhanced passenger experience with large open spaces and unimpeded views of the airfield.  A raised “Flight Deck” interactive experience serves as an exciting physical point of entry to Boarding Area E, which includes 10 gates serving United Airlines.
