LAX Airport Police Facility

About the Project

The new Airport Police Facility at LAX includes the redevelopment of 12 acres to include a new 165,300 SF headquarters building, a four-story, 340,000 SF parking structure with 863 parking stalls, a 41,000 SF firing range, a 9,000 SF quad area and a series of new indoor and outdoor functional spaces for the Airport Police Division (APD). The new facility was designed and built to CALGreen Tier 1 standards and LEED Silver certification. The facility consolidates eight separate APD resources onto one campus.
