Offutt AFB Contract Awarded

The KiewitPhelps Joint Venture of Kiewit Building Group Inc. and Hensel Phelps Construction Co. was awarded the $524 Million contract for the USSTRATCOM Replacement Facility, at Offutt AFB, Nebraska with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
