AGC of America awarded Hensel Phelps first place in the Building Division, Over 4 Million Work Hours, Construction Safety Excellence Awards. Companies are recognize who have developed and implemented excellent safety and loss prevention programs achieved through management commitment, employee involvement, and program innovation. Companies were judged upon: overview of company safety program, increased employee involvement in safety, new programs to promote safety, management commitment, unique activities the company does to promote safety, no fatality or multi-catastrophic injuries in the past year.
