HENSEL PHELPS was awarded a firm-fixed price contract with the Department of the Navy – Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic – for the P-237 Design-Bid-Build Addition to the Combat Systems Engineering Development Site (CSEDS) Building in Moorestown, New Jersey.
The scope of work includes construction of a multi-story deckhouse totaling 75,000 GSF, paving and site improvements.
This is Hensel Phelps’ 21st contract with the Navy and the fifth Navy contract for the Mid Atlantic District.
