Building Stronger Communities
Since its founding, Hensel Phelps has been dedicated to corporate and social responsibility. That responsibility extends to each community in which we operate. Many of our projects serve as landmarks for communities. We aim to make a lasting impact that extends beyond brick-and-mortar. From volunteer work to supporting local organizations and charities to active citizenship, we become part of the communities we serve, working together with our friends and neighbors to enrich the lives of those around us and make improvements that will last long after a project is complete. We work closely with organizations like United Way and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America on a local level, as well as local soup kitchens and shelters. Our community involvement is driven by employees. Our teams take it upon themselves to identify community needs and work diligently to help the community grow and thrive.
