About the Project
The Universal CityWalk® Venue Renovations project included ten newly renovated venues in the heart of Universal Orlando’s CityWalk®, including new Italian and Mexican restaurants, a Hot Dog Hall of Fame, and The Cowfish™, which serves burgers and sushi. Also on tap: a new 130-seat Starbucks®, a Coldstone Creamery, Menchies Frozen Yogurt Shop, and a Bread Box, which sells handcrafted sandwiches next to the movie theatre upstairs. The Mexican restaurant, called Antojitos, is situated in the old Latin Quarter facade. The Universal Store at CityWalk® also underwent extensive renovations. All of these projects, totaling nearly 70,000 SF of interior space and an additional 15,000 SF of exterior space were completed while CityWalk® remained fully operational.
