About the Project
The Banner University Medical Center Tucson North Campus Outpatient Center expanded access to advanced outpatient care through the development of a 200,000 SF multi-specialty healthcare facility. Designed to support a wide range of clinical services, the center houses specialty clinics for cardiovascular care, neurosciences, obstetrics, dermatology, medical specialties, and surgical specialties, along with imaging, laboratory services, a retail pharmacy, and comprehensive radiation oncology treatment capabilities.
The campus also includes a dedicated surgical services building featuring six operating rooms, endoscopy services, and a cardiac catheterization laboratory, as well as an adjacent parking structure. Purpose-built to enhance patient access, operational efficiency, and coordinated care delivery, the North Campus expansion provides a modern healthcare environment that supports the growing needs of the Tucson community.
