About the Project
The 383 guest rooms and 72 suites, which are the most spacious in Maui, were overhauled and now boast a chic and contemporary look. The renovated guest rooms offer all modern amenities, sophisticated simplicity inspired by the beauty of the Wailea coastline. Hensel Phelps also upgraded multiple public spaces throughout the resort such as pool amenities, beach retail, storage, and shared restrooms. During the renovation process, the resort remained open to guests at an occupancy rate of approximately 95%. Hensel Phelps ensured that construction noise and logistics did not impact the guest experience.
