About the Project
The City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center is part of the region’s only comprehensive medical campus that exclusively focuses on treating and curing cancer. Hensel Phelps and ZGF Architects converted an existing 191,000 SF, four-story commercial office building into an outpatient cancer clinic equipped to provide a highly flexible, adaptable patient- and family-centric environment that promotes healing through biophilic design. The primary services of this center are subspecialty cancer exams and treatment, a research center and ambulatory surgery.
Hensel Phelps also built the three-story, 346,000 SF associated parking structure and the 174,000 SF hospital.
