The Hensel Phelps History Colorado Center Project received a Downtown Denver Award at the 51st Downtown Denver Partnership Annual Awards Dinner. The award was in recognition of the project’s significant contribution toward creating a unique, vibrant and diverse Downtown environment, and making a lasting, positive impact on Downtown Denver. Ed Nichols, History Colorado President and CEO, accepted the award with Hensel Phelps, Tryba Architects, and the Trammel Crow Company. As the Construction Manager / General Contractor, Hensel Phelps delivered a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project and is proud of the collaborative team success.
