On Tuesday, July 21, 2015, the UC Irvine (UCI) Mesa Court Expansion Team celebrated their topping out milestone by hosting a Topping Out Extravaganza. Hensel Phelps celebrated this accomplishment by providing a barbecue luncheon, raffle, and project-themed t-shirts for everyone on site, including Hensel Phelps employees, UCI representatives, and subcontractors.
Also at UCI, in her more than 20 years as UCI’s Campus Architect, Rebekah Gladson directed, developed, and constructed many inspiring and state-of-the-art buildings. Hensel Phelps is proud to have been a part of many of them. Rebekah is now preparing to hand over the reins to Associate Campus Architect Brian Pratt, who will seamlessly carry over the campus vision, structure, and uniqueness. Hensel Phelps looks forward to continuing with UCI as part of Brian’s team.
