About the Project

The $61.7 million, 112,063-SF P750 Helicopter Maintenance Facility consisted of a multi-story, steel framed, three-bay maintenance hangar with concrete foundation, concrete first and second floors, interior partitions, steel roof-deck, masonry walls, deep foundations, and stone columns. Built-in equipment includes an elevator, backup generators, an HVAC system for the NMCI room and a closed loop wash rack system. Special construction features included sound attenuation for the administration and shop space, an Aqueous Fire Fighting Foam (AFFF) protection system, telephone system, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) wiring.
