About the Project
The $188 million, 618,076 SF, Mesa Nueva Graduate and Professional Students & Mixed-Use Housing is a mixed-use residential and common amenity program which includes five residential buildings that house 1,355 beds. The project includes a five-story parking structure with 908 parking stalls, café, laundry and lounge spaces, conference rooms, fitness center, pool and hot tub, outdoor sports courts, and a community garden. The state-of-the-art campus housing also includes 11,000 SF of common amenity and administration space serving as a collaboration area for students, faculty, and residents.
