The Tritch Building Courtyard by Marriott was a renovation of the 1887 Tritch Building that added a sixth floor and a skylight-covered atrium to floors two through six. The first floor contains the lobby and restaurant space with a historic western feel. Floors two through six contain a total of 181 hotel rooms.
