Hensel Phelps was awarded a contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District for the Nolan Building Parking Garage at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, a five-level 534,000 SF parking garage with a total of 1,420 parking spaces, a central utility building and standby generators.
