Western District

The Western District is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Current projects include retail and mixed-use facilities, parking structures, hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial, public and private sector offices, higher education and laboratory facilities. Hensel Phelps has been doing business in Arizona since 1978. Over the past 30 years, they have delivered 30 projects with a combined construction value over $1.8 billion, ranging in value and scope from government buildings to water treatment facilities, to the current Phoenix Sky Train project.
