    The Plains District Office located in Greeley, Colorado, has been the location for the corporate office since 1937. This district oversees the Mountain States and parts of the Central United States.

This District does not specialize in any one particular field. Its experience includes commercial office, medical, transportation, hospitality, detention, industrial, technology, education and public assembly/office. The district continues to build upon past successes on design-build and design-assist projects, while providing customers with complete preconstruction services.

The Plains District Office provides assistance to other districts in work procurement, preconstruction services, safety, scheduling, accounting, and other services that may be required.
