The Mid Atlantic District in Chantilly, Virginia serves both the public and private sectors and has proven experience with all project delivery methods including Design-Build, Construction Manager-at-Risk, and Competitive Bid contracting, among others. The Mid Atlantic District is responsible for construction activities located throughout the Mid Atlantic region that includes Virginia; Maryland; Washington, D.C.; Pennsylvania; West Virginia; North Carolina; and South Carolina.

Since 1996, the district has demonstrated its vitality with some of the most visible projects in the national capitol area including “America’s Hangar” – the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum – and the historic Donald W. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture, the third oldest federal building in Washington, D.C. Other notable projects include the new Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel (featuring the largest number of rooms of any hotel in Baltimore); the John G. Rangos Sr. Building at the New Life Sciences and Technology Park at Johns Hopkins; and one of the first LEED® certified high schools in the nation, TC Williams High School.

With revenues exceeding $400 million annually, the Mid Atlantic district is one of the largest general contractors in the Washington metropolitan area.
