Northern California District

Hensel Phelps has been active in California since 1967. The Northern California office consists of estimating, procurement and operations staff with all systems functioning independently of the corporate office except for limited accounting services and equipment support.

Not specializing in any one particular field, its experience includes transportation, hospitality, detention, technology, education and public assembly/office throughout Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada. Additionally, the Northern California District manages work in Guam and Hawaii. The district continues to build upon past successes on design-build and design-assist projects, while providing customers with complete preconstruction services.

Vice President Jon W. Ball provides the leadership for this district and holds ultimate responsibility for the district's construction and procurement activities. The estimating staff provides all conceptual and competitive bids, and assists the project managers on all preconstruction services.
