Monday Morning Safety Meetings
Hazardous Communication/Hazardous Material Training
This training is held periodically to familiarize employees with Hensel Phelps Construction Co.'s policies and procedures regarding handling and storage of hazardous materials used on a project. All employees are trained in the proper filing and usage of Hensel Phelps Construction Co.'s jobsite safety library.
CPR/First Aid Training
Hensel Phelps Construction Co. provides this training to all employees to create a safe workplace, and ensure a well-trained team that is prepared to react to any situation.
OSHA-Designated Competent Person Training
In order to maintain a safe working environment, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. provides specialized training for any activities requiring specific expertise (ie. confined space, excavation, scaffolding, etc.).
OSHA 10-Hour
This seminar brings employees up to date on the latest OSHA Regulations.
Safety Training Observation Program (S.T.O.P.)
S.T.O.P. is the driving force behind Hensel Phelps Construction Co.'s safety program. This seminar trains all employees on what it takes to create and maintain a safe workplace.
